Today, at Couture Culture we express our mission by bringing home worldwide uniqueness and creativity and by proudly giving back to the most vulnerable communities in Guatemala. The founder, Eva Veinbergs, was born and raised in Guatemala.
She has seen what rural life presents to the youth there, having the second highest percentage of teenagers and young adults with no education or work and the highest illiteracy rates in the world.
Couture Culture partnered with the Ak’Tenamit Foundation to support the well being of children and young adults to empower them to feel capable and hopeful.
When asked what is most important to her in life, Eva’s response is always a combination of the following ~ seeing the beauty and purpose in everyone, honoring her father who believed in her through all of her own education challenges, making a true difference for the next Guatemalan generation and empowering her daughter’s to do what speaks to their heart.
