RETURNS & EXCHANGES

WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?

We accept exchanges and refunds on all our pieces within 10-days of purchase!

We only ask that the following requirements are met:

  • Item/s must be in original condition.
  • Item/s must not have been altered in any way. Original packing material

Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns that do not meet above requirements.

Refunds will be issued excluding the original shipping and return label cost.

ARE RETURNS FREE?

The shipping cost incurred for returning item/s to Couture Culture for an exchange or refund are NOT covered nor reimbursed.

HOW DO I ORGANIZE A RETURN?

To initiate a return, simply email us at couturecultureintl.com using the e-mail address used to order the product (Please note that we are unable to refund initial shipping charges for goods returned, other than for faulty items. We are also unable to refund return postage costs.)

Once the items have been received, you will either receive your new item (for exchanges) or full refund (item price excluding original shipping cost).

Couture Culture cannot be responsible for the loss of merchandise being returned. We recommend using a registered post service to return goods, and keeping a record of the tracking details.

NOTE: You have 10 days to send back your merchandise once we provide you with Returns Authorization number.

ITEMS RETURNED WITHOUT A VALID RETURN AUTHORIZATION # WILL BE RETURNED TO SENDER AND WILL NOT BE PROCESSED.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY EXCHANGE / REFUND TO BE PROCESSED?

We try and process returns as quickly as possible. If you are initiating a return, we try our best to reply with your Returns Authorization (RA) number within 24 hours. If you're exchanging an item, we will send your new piece/s out, and email you a new tracking number within 2-4 business days. If you're refunding, we will refund you through the same method you used to pay (Paypal or credit card) within 2-4 business days.

WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED, OR THERE IS A FAULT?

If you receive damaged merchandise, or a manufacturing fault is present , please contact us immediately at support@couturecultureintl.com
